SPB Business Solutions is committed to investing in young people. Our WIOA-aligned youth programs provide hands-on entrepreneurship education and professional workforce development to help youth build confidence, skills, and a foundation for long-term success.
Teen Entrepreneurship Workshop
A hands-on workshop that introduces young people to business formation, tax obligations, asset protection, and real-world entrepreneurship. Each participant becomes a sole proprietor and walks away with a business plan, website, and marketing materials.

Hosting fee: $500 ($350 for first-time partners)
Youth Workforce Program
A comprehensive workforce readiness program that equips young adults with professional skills including resume writing, mock interviews, dress for success, workplace etiquette, Microsoft Office basics, and AI tools for the modern workplace.
