Workshop Overview
SPB Business Solutions offers entrepreneurship workshops that align with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) objectives, helping youth gain the skills, confidence, and experience needed to thrive in today's economy.
Our Teen Entrepreneurship Workshop introduces young people to entrepreneurship and equips them to turn their business ideas into reality. We partner with all teen-focused organizations committed to youth development, including churches, charter schools, continuation schools, juvenile justice systems, and other youth community groups.
Inside the Workshop:
Business Structures — LLC, Sole Proprietorship, DBA, Corporations, and Nonprofits
Tax Obligations — understanding what you owe and how to stay compliant
Asset Protection — how to protect what you build
Contractual Agreements — real-world foundation for launching a business
Hands-On Activities — each participant becomes a sole proprietor during the workshop
Digital Identity — landing page, business email, social media setup, and marketing flyer
Certificate of Completion — awarded to every participant
Become Your Own Boss — each participant receives a signed copy of the entrepreneurship guide

$500
$350 for first-time partners
Covers delivery, materials, and interactive content. The workshop is free for youth participants.
